Dang, you just brought back some memories! I used to brew very regularly. Did the full grain beer, built an apple press and had a following of friends waiting for cider. Still have my setup, maybe I should dig it out and knock the dust off.

Interesting that you mention Basil Hayden. I pulled this bottle out of my stash earlier today, for tomorrow morning. My Thanksgiving tradition is to enjoy a bottle of Block 15 Super Nebula while preparing our feast. This one happens to have been aged in Basil Hayden barrels.
