The words, "Public Safety." Yet the guy had all these guns, and evidently public safety was never in danger. They just can't leave people alone.

He definitely was not a beginner collector. I'd say he was an advanced collector.

Yeah, it's already been said but bears repeating. Two words come to mind, "Intelligence security." Don't let on to anyone you know or who lives around you what you've got. Try not to let them see stuff. This guy got the dime dropped on him.

There is going to be serious financial loss in this seizure, and maybe legal problems although the article didn't go into any details that might make this a more certain thing. It can't be ascertained if those MG's were active or DEWATS. The grenades were dummies; maybe that pattern applied to other stuff too.
