Bonus douchery. Hopefully they throw the book at them.

Yep, and a lot of it is done by organized crime rings.. like the Russians that were clobbering every and all sturgeon for the roe and selling it on the black market. sickeningThe problem is the punishment is nothing but a slap on the wrist.
ever had some salmonegg hotdogs? go to Rowena... i hear theyre excellent.Yep, and a lot of it is done by organized crime rings.. like the Russians that were clobbering every and all sturgeon for the roe and selling it on the black market. sickening

Does sound like fish bait........that is what Mel Tillus said about taking his Japanese singer buddy fishing near Branson..........he liked to take him but he kept eating the bait.....Not sure that even sounds good. But I would try it![]()
My grandfather used to tell the story about fall woodcutting outside Grangeville. He shot a deer early in the morning to take to a needy family in town. Covered it with firewood and stoped at the resturaunt on Main Street for breakfast on the way home. The Game warden came in and sat next to him at the counter. After a few pleasantries the warden told him he had better move his truck before it bleeds to death..........legitimate use of a resource is much less of a sin than waste or greed. If they were on hard times and eating what they killed, I'd probably shrug my shoulders. In my mind human life is more important than animals... that's if they're starving. But thrill killing and wasting wildlife is unacceptable. Very unfortunate to learn of so much wasted premium resources. Just my opinion
I think if any of us stumbled upon poachers like this, we'd be in an unexpected situation where we have to draw. There are numerous instances of game wardens stumbling into a poaching camp and being murdered. In Michigan, in the '80's, I knew a handful of families from upstate who fed themselves violating deer. I never thought a thing about it. They were dirt poor in a crappy economy with few job opportunities, yet chose to live up there. Who could blame them - rural Michigan is gorgeous. I did take pause at one of the juggies on a seismic crew - he harvested road kill every opportunity he could. They should cut there hands off. Can't poach with no hands.![]()
