WA State - SB5078 starting to impact, some Vendors no longer shipping some items to WA State

I just placed an order with Surplus Ammo for a $54 BCG and put down my Oregon FFLs address for shipping address. The order seems to have went through OK, we'll see if it arrives OK. This a test, only a test.

Placed another order for a $60 Anderson AR15 barrel from Primary Arms using FFL for shipping address. This order will be using FedEx for delivery. Last test order will be something from Amazon. That will cover the big four shippers. If these all come through successfully and the companies all include my contact info on the packing slip, this will give my FFL confidence that the package receiving service is viable and won't be a pain in the rear for him.

The impact or perception of SB5078 continues to spread. This is a simple bolt-action rifle (Ruger Scout) but this Seller will no longer sell to WA State residents.
