This being the case is there an established legal (or otherwise) rational for this seemingly 'pro aggressor' stance as opposed to a self-defense position? And what would be the specific advantage to the legal system by having it?Now lay down on the floor and let the aggressor do whatever they want. IT'S THE LAW.
