I would certainly agree with that. Wholeheartedly! The are required to complete BGC's within 3 days. That was the deal when the law was put in place. Just because they choose to not expand their ability to comply, and systemically delay BGC's, certainly doesn't give them the authority to infringe on the rights of law abiding citizens.Shouldn't the judge know about the slow-roll of background checks in his decision on the 3 day rule?
Seems like come FFL's could provide affidavits of how slow things are moving, thus the 3 day rule should remain in place to hold the regime accountable for actually processing them timely.
No matter how many times they keep trying to convice us that they do. The burden is on them to comply... not for us to sit around waiting until they feel like getting around to it.
