Didn't need anything new except photo and $50.00.
Took about 15 minutes for both wife and I to complete the renewal in Linn County, Albany area.

No line, no waiting. Fill out the app, answer the eligibility questions, upload ID pictures, pay the fee and you're done.

This is slightly off-topic. Renewing my CPL at my local police department took only a few minutes. But when I bought a new semi-auto, the background check was delayed four days because the same police department only reported back by snail mail, and although my FFL called and was told my background check had been approved, the FFL still had to wait for the actual approval letter to arrive in the post. Major disconnect somewhere in there.

Snohomish. Looks like you can do a new application online as well.

Washington County, Oregon, too. Did my renewal online. Printed the forms, answered the questions, enclosed a check, and had my renewal inside of a week.
