Definitely a sucky experience but, on the upside, your money was refunded expediently and that, in my books is a plus! I hate the ones where you got to jump through hoops after all the crap just to get your money refunded!

This is why cc's are awesome.

"I'd like a refund," says I.

"Go jump through hoops," they say.

"Oy, Chase Bank? Yea I've got a fraudulent merchant charge on my card. Yep, goods were never delivered. Money back in 24hrs? Thanks Chase."

"Hey merchant, I've reported your charge as fraudulent. All future communication about this needs to be handled through my bank. Goodbye."
