^^^As was expected.

As far as Tmobile goes, we had to switch from ATT because their service is very poor 0-1 bars most of the time here, so we went with Tmobile and the kids who helped us were excellent.

Let's not promote breaking the law on here. If what you say is true don't be a poor example for those that want to become concealed carrying individuals in the future. What you do with your own body, and gun is your business, but you're a mod here so let's try and keep it kosher with the laws in place for those that conceal carry. You may not respect the law, but many of us do and for good reason.

  • Any federal facility — federal courthouses, social security offices, secured areas of airports, airplanes.
  • Posted private property where the owner prohibits firearms possession, and others.
  • Many private businesses have conditions regarding the possession of firearms on their premises. If you violate these conditions you could, under certain circumstances, be subject to arrest under Oregon trespass laws, in which case, if convicted, your concealed handgun license would be seized and/or revoked.
  • National parks marked or posted with signs prohibiting all firearms.
  • Indian reservations or property — you may not carry a firearm concealed without the written permission of the tribal judge; this may also apply to certain casinos on tribal lands.
  • Courts — in a courtroom, jury room, judge's chambers, or adjacent areas that the presiding judge determines should be free of firearms to ensure the safety of litigants, court personnel, witnesses, and others.

National parks restriction was removed during Obama's admin. Only applies to the federal building portion (rangers stations, some visitors centers etc).

Tmobile has great reception, if you're in Germany... otherwise it's horrible!
The employee was probably just doing them a favor under the guise of stupidity...

Although, I want to know why he was trying to get two new phones and lines for his family while on the clock... is it directly work related, or while on some resemblance of a break?
I hear the phrase "when duty calls" so I can only assume that they are lucky to get a full lunch.
I still find it a little bizarre that he was running errands on duty.

11AM so maybe an early lunch.

But did he leave his car running?

It could be a work phone for him, regardless, he is still on duty if he is on the roster. Do you think that if a call went out that included him and he was eating lunch, that he would sit and finish his lunch before responding? Patrol usually calls in for a lunch break, but is still "on duty." I don't think that calling out a police officer for upgrading his, and his family's, communication device when he is on duty should be a big deal.
