Bull I just bought a Revolver from a local gun shop using my Paypal card. The deposit has been approved and I have no doubt the balance which is in pending statis will also clear as soon as the paper work makes its way to Paypal.

I have also gotten the 1.5% cash back I get for using my Paypal debt card for signature purchases. SO I have no idea what your talking about.

How is Paypal to know what it is you have bought they know the name of the business not the name of the product you buy.

Yes I know where it says you can't use the Paypal service to buy (h) ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories. But then again how are they possibly going to know what Bimart is charging them $22.99 for?
