your quote on the 4473 form is for the current form, not the one from 2018 or earlier when he bought the gun. That blurb on the form about marijuana is recent, we have had threads about it. Marijuana is still an illegal Federal Drug, if you live in Colorado, a Left Coast State, or some other place, if in the USA the FED's say it is not lawful.

Don't worry, nothing will happen. If there was such a thing as justice, then yes! Heads would roll. But it's not justice, it's Just-Us the little people that get shafted.
