This came out when two of my boys were in Iraq and Afghanistan. I was pretty sick in those days and not knowing if there was a tomorrow in my future, and this video / song got to me, but I would watch it to try and understand what they were going through.

I had suggested in our high school band class that we cover this song, but the teacher said no way, that song glorifies drug use in our culture. We said, yeah we know ....so what. He refused. Then about 10 years later that perv azz SOB got popped for kiddie porn and cocaine. We all laughed about it at our 20 year reunion.
