Pray stole the van while fully restrained with leg shackles, a belly chain, handcuffs, and a restraint connecting it all together, according to authorities.

The guy is either Houdini or telekinetic.

My favorite is when he was trying to dig a grave with a webelos shovel. Another notable is when he tried to kill a guy with a .380 and thought he was dead. Then the guy shows up like 12 hours later walking wounded. He thought he was a bada$$ with that .380.
