Has anyone tried a BCG in the PSA's upper/lower that was not PSA brand? Any issues?

Been working on this mutt build for awhile, Xmas got in the way.
Angstadt Jack AR9 lower
Seekins precision bolt catch & selector switch(notpictured)
CMC 3.5lb flat trigger
JP enterprises super match 10" 1/10 9mm barrel and BCG
Sig SBX.
plans changed going with a different upper flat top no dust cover or forward assist. the rail will be a ALG defense and KAK 9mm muzzle device
The one on top is my finished 5.56 Spikes Jack build.

The skull is machined into the reciever, the 5.56 is designed by Sharps Bros. And manufactured by Spikes Tactical. the 9mm glock skull reciever was designed by Sharps Bros. And manufactured by Angstadt. The recievers run $300 stripped but make great firearms.

Ah thanks. I searched online and found it. A billet Angstadt lower with a Sharps Bros. skull would make an intriguing, and probably valuable, AR9.

I just shot my AR9 yesterday for the first time and love it. I might have to build another one.

If I build this PSA PX-9 FORGED STRIPPED LOWER WITH MAG CATCH ASSEMBLY & EJECTOR
along with PSA GEN4 10.5" 9MM 1/10 NITRIDE 9" LIGHTWEIGHT M-LOK RAILED MOE SBA3 PISTOL KIT

Will this be considered an NFA firearm?

not an NFA item, that build would just be a pistol. The SBA3 is a pistol brace, not a stock. Just keep a vertical grip off and its good to go.
