Thanks! The wood itself is the talent... as it already has all the beauty hidden inside. I just try to coax it out and embellish. Since my military retirement I've had a little time to practice, too.

Looks like a neat hobby and I have been wanting a SHOPSMITH for a long time to try out some wood working. Its kind of hard though when you don't have a shop to put the SHOPSMITH in ! I could put one in my office that my Wife calls ''The Ratsnest'' but its half her office too, sort of. I kind of took over her half of the office, but I think putting a wood shop in our office would be a bit too much for the ol' Lady to handle !

Never had a SHOPSMITH. CL has some pretty nice SHOPSMITHs for prices that seemed reasonable.

Thanks. It's fun to drive, since those pictures were taken he added 4 link rear suspension with airbags at all corners and rack & pinion steering, it handles like a Corvette. He passed before he could upgrade the brakes, I think I'll install a set of 6 piston Wilwoods.
