Now, and only now are you prepared after doing your own research to talk to an FFL and know if youare being BS'd.

One further note, remember to ask for the FFL of record at your small local gun store (not box store) as the clerks may profess to be the FFL and they are not the individual of record will not know the querks of the ATF's statutes!
