Definitions start on page 5 of the bill. After a quick scan, I don't think it bans conventional semi-auto pistols.

In skimming it it looks like they copied WA ban but added a lot to it. Fe no exemption for rimfire, pistols with a compensator banned, braced pistols banned etc. no idea about grandfathered, inheritability, etc cuz I only skimmed the defintions.
