I don't know but I thought law said specifically you can't import to wa state.

07 FFL holders which are manufacturers are still allowed all AR parts and magazines, including lowers...just can't sell to anyone within Washington state.

07 FFL manufacturers can still have assault weapons shipped to Washington state...just can't sell them within Washington state.

They can also manufacture and sell them out of state...best example is Aero Precision in Lakewood Washington.

Not sure, but some manufacturers and wholesalers are not shipping parts etc to 01s, just 07s

Don't know all the legality of the debacle...just know that this latest garbage doesn't affect the biz.

The law prohibits FFLs from receiving assault weapons from out of state for anything but mil/LE sales. FFLs can receive AWs in state from WA residents who want to sell them, and those would have to be sold out of state.
