The best part about being Norsk is that you are already speaking it but using 95% foreign words. Language structure between English and Norsk is identical, so you are already thinking in Norsk. That's usually the toughest part about learning a new language, Makes Norwegian pretty easy to pick up for English speakers.

Screaming in Norsk while you go full berserker is the perfect way to accessorize those beard rings, well, that and a battle axe. Keeps folk off my lawn anyway.

the NORSE Vikings settled in Ireland until their leadership was driven out in 1014
but most of the tradesmen and farmers stayed on and took on Irish clan names
my grandfather got to this country just in time to serve in WW1
we still have a lot of relatives up around Dublin
