Having that fat boy in front of the trigger guard will detract form any tensioning device using that area, if not also any molded option for compactness since the light tunnel to remove the arm is nearly greater than the arm itself. Methinks you only have two options, a custom holster possibly using a muzzle pin or a skeletal bib cover sort which might cause withdrawal hang ups for IWB use , or rethink the light for one compatible with other after market options.
Other than that there is the lose envelope sort

Indeed but I do believe that he has already fashioned a custom leather handmade sheath for his antique belt weapon.
