SB592--Oregon 2021

Not sure if this can post here in fishing or under legislature. SB592 for Oregon is going to make it a crime for fishing with a lead sinker and hunting with lead shot from a shotgun sponsered by Senator Fredrick. It was being covered on Outdoor Gps this morning

" SECTION 2. (1) A person may not use a lead shotgun pellet for the purpose of hunting."

A lead shotgun pellet? As in one pellet, singular? Or as in a pellet shot from a lead shotgun? I'm so confused.

Obviously this nonsense was written by someone who 1) does not fish, 2) does not hunt, 3) is a ______ (fill in the blank).

I'm pretty sure the California experiment(THINK OF THE CONDORS!!11) proved that there's more lead in the natural waterways than is added by people using lead projectiles.
