Yes, you got the part for the USPS. But that is such a poorly worded an vague law and that is where the problems come in. How are we able to ship long arms and FFL holders able to ship pistols? How about LEO on USPS property? They are not specific exemptions, which are things most laws have. Also what is the definition of "official purposes"?

This answers your long gun/ shotgun question; which I'm sure you were already aware of:

Q: May a nonlicensee ship a firearm through the U.S. Postal Service?

A nonlicensee may not transfer a firearm to a non-licensed resident of another State. A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. The Postal Service recommends that long guns be sent by registered mail and that no marking of any kind which would indicate the nature of the contents be placed on the outside of any parcel containing firearms. Handguns are not mailable. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun.

[18 U.S.C. 1715, 922(a)(3), 922(a)(5) and 922 (a)(2)(A)]

This answers your LEO question:

A LEO acting in performance of their official duties is exempted; I posted it in my response to you in this thread with the CFR, but you must have just missed it right. I mean othewise you would just be a TROLL asking questions you already know the answer to. They are specific exemptions.

This should cover almost everything else:

You said other Federal Property also though;

But it is NOT illegal to carry on Federal property. Just one example of that would be many hunters going to jail for hunting on say Forest Service property.

No I did not say that! Read my post, I said exactly what I meant. I was not going to get into what other federal laws say about other federal property. We are talking about USPS property.
