I thought it was from the Joyce Foundation (George Soros).

They are a product of The Annenberg Foundation, through the University of Pennsylvania.

Yes, that would be the same Annenberg Foundation that gave Bill Ayers nearly $50Million for the development of The Annenberg Challenge in Chicago, IL.
And Yes, our current president sat on it's board (Annenberg Challenge) as one of it's founders, and served as legal opinion/council dealing with grants, etc.
