OK, so to manufacture ammunition for sale you need a Class 06 FFL. As far as a background check, well if you are legal to own a gun you are still legal to buy ammo. More BS from the Department of redundancy department.

This is just another way to disarm the law abiting citizens while doing nothing to stop the problem. How many mass shootings have we had in this country were thousands of rounds were exchanged.. 1 and not being able to buy bulk ammo wouldn't have stopped it.
