If the Russians had broken up a human chain of people blocking one of their routes with extreme violence, it could have been good propaganda for Ukraine. If the Russians (or Russian lookalikes) were caught on camera desecrating part of a Ukraine china town and killing or appearing to kill) a chinese shopkeeper or three, that could also be good propaganda. If the Russians were caught on camera desecrating mosque and killing muslims inside the mosque, that could be good propaganda. If "Russian" troops were to fire artillery over into a neighboring NATO country that could be useful.

There are many angles that could be exploited over there but so far I haven't seen it being done.

It was used that way initially. Except that it was reported today that it did not purposefully run over the car. The driver was killed. After the driver was hit, the vehicle swerved into the car. Notice that the vehicle was immobile after hitting the car. Bad luck for the car driver - wrong place, wrong time. Subsequent video showed the dead crew on the ground around the vehicle.

It was an anti-aircraft missile carrier. Initial reports said it was a Ukrainian vehicle hit by friendly fire. Later report said they were Russian spetznatz dressed in Ukrainian uniforms. Take your pick.

It should be clear to most now, that Ukraine doesn't stand a chance at resisting Russia's invasion and occupation in the short term. We have seen other groups of people engage in long term insurgencies against large occupying agressors. It's a little late for many Ukrainians to prepare for an insurgency now but how would you recommend the next set of victims prepare for a long term insurgency to wear down and drive out a long term occupier?

Get them on the wong streets where the road will not support their weight and the curve of the road prohibits other tanks from providing covering fire (bonus points if it's too narrow to traverse the gun) Target the periscopes and optics and if you can do it thermite on the rear deck. Molotov cocktails on the top and in tight urban settings come out of basements to try and jam the treads with steel bars

Oh, and 800 lb balls to pull all that off!
