Yeah but I read on the internet that if you shoot a .556 into a hurricane , the reverse twist of the hurricane will cause the .556 round to tumble and that will actually be "The shot heard 'round the world"...

Depends on the angle. Shoot straight into it and it should be fine. Shoot up into the air and it would have a gnarly trip back to the ground.

Doing some math, a bullet going 3500 fps is going almost 2400mph. Thats quite the headwind compared to a 150mph hurricane.
