Oregon To WA Gun transfer?

Iv got a Gun that someone in WA may wanna buy.... But Im an OR resident and hes WA. Soo How would a transfer go? I know in OR you can just do a bill of sale and leave it at that... Can i do that with an Outta state resident as well? or do i have to have it done through an FFL Dealer?

If you want to be safe. I'd say have him locate a dealer near him, get a copy of their FFL, and then send it to the FFL, and have them conduct the transfer.

It's what I would do, since across state lines, it could get tricky.
