Las Vegas SHOT Show: Guns, gear and controversy

The 40th annual Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show opened for a four-day run Tuesday morning in Las Vegas, and almost out of the gate there was a tinge of controversy, thanks to a Kentucky school shooting and an Associated Press story that appeared in several newspapers.

Wearing a cap to which a button that read "must be infringed" was pinned, gun control advocate Lee Goodman, a Chicago resident who said he flew to Las Vegas solely for the purpose of protesting the Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show, pesented a lonely visage on a sunny morning outside the Sands Expo Center.

SHOT Show Day 3 in Las Vegas; WA Lawmakers Talk Gun Control

On the third day of the 2018 Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show in Las Vegas, business appears to be booming, but many Evergreen State gun industry folks here are looking homeward where the state House Judiciary Committee is holding public hearings on gun control measures aimed at their rights and livelihoods.
