Agreed. Staged.... but still entertaining just reading the comments it envokes.

Here is a second picture from the incident. The pictures seem to originate from a Dutch-German army site where they were obtained from "Mr. Bilgeri, Head of Development, Steyr-Mannlicher sent to HP Sigg, Tuesday 1 Mar 2005 10:07"

Translated, it goes on how bad longitudinal grooves are across the grain on hammered barrels and this being a fine example of that. Apparently, the rifle is military from the look of the uniforms and the 'read' of the website.
