Got it done with a small amt of heat and a good screwdriver without even damaging the bushings .....

Any tricks to getting these out easily and without damaging the frame threads .... It's a loaded Springfield if it matters ....

Good to hear you got it out. I actually use a Moroso carburetor jet removal tool. Works great and won't jump out of the bushings like a standard flat blade screw driver will...
