Dan,
In what seems like a reoccurring theme, majority Democrats have again introduced legislation aimed at eroding your 2nd Amendment rights.
Additionally, at least one of these bills seeks to undermine federal law. In 2005 Congress passed a law that immunizes gun manufacturers, distributors and retail sellers from lawsuits arising out of injuries caused by criminal misuse of a firearm.
This legislation could also drive manufacturers out of our state. Each of the members listed below are Democrat Senate members (with one exception).
