Thanks SF, I emailed them to see if its Steel or Aluminum... I want to weld it to the Rear sight block... but I might have to add a chunk of 3/16 steel plate, then drill and tap it, for use with a aluminum rail, but I want it as low as I can.

I ended up just drilling/tapping the Rear sight block, and adding a Micro red dot I had laying around...
