Boyer should be disbarred. He is essentially saying that you have no right to self preservation, no right to protect your private property, and no right to take up arms to defend your freedom.

Well, I believe Breyer is arguing that restrictions (in this case bans) may not, in and of themselves, inhibit the second amendment. Obviously flawed thinking but not too flawed in light of case law.
