I recall this is correct, but its interesting the media is reporting there is a rise in mass shootings all across Europe.

Is there a rise, or is there a rise in reporting such incidents in the international press, because it fits a narrative? IDK, just asking. Any data?

Whenever stuff like this happens, I have to wonder, "Why is it news here?"
