Did somebody get their feelings hurt and report some bogus "Rule Violations"??? Whoever it is, it's childish and you need to stop it. By listening to others you might actually learn something.

I think the point is being missed. If someone wanted to prevent mass shootings by focusing on the shooter, they have the weapon or the person. Andy makes the point that it isn't the weapon's fault, so the focus should be on the shooter. But these type of crimes frequently involve people that aren't already criminals, and might be subject to red flags, but those are also opposed. Which is a large reason why people upset about mass shootings default to the gun, since they can't do anything about the people.

Not a defense of gun control as much as saying "So what do we suggest?" And the answer never comes.
What do we suggest?

Simple: Shoot back, promptly, and accurately, until the threat is neutralized. Punk bubblegumes who want to commit mass murder are never looking for a fight, they are looking for a slaughter. Often when the fight comes to them they kill themselves.

It wouldn't matter if they (the evil POS) were only armed with a pistol, they seek unarmed, easy targets with "shock factor." Schools tend to be a prime target for both purposes.

The answer is simple, but the gun control agenda isn't about saving lives, it's about disarming the people.

Bogus? Perhaps you should re-read the Site's Rule 1, as there have been many posts violating:
General rudeness and disrespect (as outlined above).
And
Epithets, labels, and generalizations against another person or group of people, whether they are members here or not. These serve absolutely no purpose other than to divide us, directly opposite to our goal of uniting gun owners. This is especially relevant regarding political labels (such as 'the liberal media', 'those right-wingers', and even 'left/right').
Hence, the big red reminder. If you have any questions about this you can PM me.

Now, :s0128:

The anti-gunners don't care about any of this, all they care about is stripping us of our rights, disarming the American population and turning this country into a serfdom where they are kings and queens and we are all mindless, weak and helpless peasants to be ruled over because we're all too stupid to take care of ourselves.
Never be nice to anti-gunners. EVER!

Joe

We're not talking about that right now because we want the thread to stay open. One clue for you though: Usually when it gets this bad, the more offending replies have been removed.

As I said in a different thread :

A murderer takes a AR15 ...
Shoots however many shots you care to name....
Using magazines that hold however many rounds you say...
While using any ammo you specify...
While committing his crime...

A gun owner...shooting that same AR15....
Shooting the same number of shots...
Along with the same ammo and magazines ...
At a gun range , at his targets...

If the problem were actually with the gun , ammo and magazines...
Then the results of the law abiding gun owner would be the same as the murderer.

The problem here ain't with guns , magazines or ammo....
Or the gun owners who enjoy them

The problem is with criminals who commit crimes.
Andy
Andy,......stop making sense!
You're gonna make some heads explode!

I swear, you could be a very sane option for president in this country.
