Another good old one is Ballistol lube. You can use it on everything from bore cleaning to refinishing the wife's oak dinning room table, no joke. And by the way USMC, that old armorer ain't that damned old!

i use frog lube now, mainly because of the harsh chemicals are in solvents and other lubricants.but i still use CLP when i have some serious cleaning. on the other hand i use a mixture of ATF and WD-40 for my 1919 browning and it works great.course that was an old armorers recipe.
I need to try this. I have heard really good things about it.Another good old one is Ballistol lube. You can use it on everything from bore cleaning to refinishing the wife's oak dinning room table, no joke. And by the way USMC, that old armorer ain't that damned old!
Yeah not tried the miles stuff yet.
I used Froglube for two years before I switched to Seal 1. I used Militec for the two years before that... Seal 1 is much better IMHO> Other than the smell of Copenhagen...Yeah not tried the miles stuff yet.
But frog lube works the same way, makes it really easy to clean.
I've used KG products also. Seal 1 beats them all. I use it all over my house and RV too.Gunzilla to clean, Weapon Shield to lube. I may try KG12 as I've seen remarkable videos about it.
What about seal 1 is better than froglube?I've used KG products also. Seal 1 beats them all. I use it all over my house and RV too.
It feels way slicker (faster) and doesn't make my 1911 slides slow down after they have been in the safe awhile. What about seal 1 is better than froglube?
