local source for 7.62x54r ammo

Would be nice to find a local source to pick up surplus ammo to avoid paying 50% increase just to ship. Anybody know of any?

I've bought at the Clackamas Gun Broker and Northwest Armory but it may still be cheaper in the long run to buy a spam can from Sportsman's Guide like I did in February if you buy that bulk spam can. Or sometimes people sell here online in the classifieds. I've also seen it at Fisherman's and Sportsmans Warehouse.

Thanks Bob. I did check out Sportmans guide and with the $15 off plus $15 gift card plus free shipping and discount to join buyers club 880 comes to $190. Not terrible these days but not super great either. Maybe I'm just getting too poor to shoot. What happened to crates for $100 or less?
