I hadn't seen those spacers. I might have to get one and see how it does. The AICS mag i was using for the 300 WM was the lapua version. Had to bend the top in to hold the 300's. When I switched to the 25/06 they wouldn't work so I got the magpuls.
You can buy a break anywhere online in 5/8-24 and install it yourself. I suggest a Cadex arms MX1Very nice. You guys that have the muzzle brakes, did you install those yourself or have a gunsmith do it? How much does it run $$$ (ballpark)?

Just pieced together a cheap trainer to help save my match rifle, a rifle I could use for local matches and practice a little cheaper. Heading to the range tomorrow to fireform brass.

I spend most of my money on barrels, triggers and glassRelatively cheap . the trainer was put together from used parts and comes in at 20% of my match rifle cost so i'm pretty happy.
