I only carry in leather no matter what gun I carry. IMO leather is more comfortable, puts less wear on the guns finish and just cooler looking than plastic!

My woods holster is my issued Bianchi flap holster that held the M9. Fits my Glock G29 perfectly...

IWB leather? Does it keep it's shape?
My favorite handgun and in my favorite holster. Originally I believed that it might come out of the holster, but even after spending several hours recently bending and stretching while pulling crab pots it it didn't move. I do have an OWB with a thumb break I often use when open carrying, too.The leather IWB holsters I've used have molded the the shape of the firearm and fits like a glove.
I hears ya. The spoken mangling of that pretty much bugs me.. surprising the number of paid speakers that high bred it. kinda ironicI didn't spell it wrong. I spelt it like a man (If spell check didn't correct me, I'm good!).
So I went into my LGS on my way home last night and overheard a conversation, the 20-something's proclamation the "Leather Holsters are outdated" just sounded off to me. However on my way way it got me to thinking and of the 20 or so holsters I have, only 2 are leather.
So as the statement seemed off to me, in practice it's what I live...am I an anomaly?
then again, I don't use a holster at the range (prohibited) or in any competitions (too old for the games).
I like the feel and smell of leather. I know it sounds kinky, deal with it.
Agreed.This right here is sexy:
Your a daisy if you do....It would just be all wrong to drop my cards on the table, hock a plug of tobacco into the spittoon and ask Johnny Ringo if he wants to slap kydex.
