I have been wrestling with myself over whether or not to comment, but considering how much I've seen from the OP, I have decided to speak my piece.
First issue of business: no one cares your son is autistic and I personally find it somewhat sad you'd throw him under the bus in your first sentence describing a situation where you take issue with the outcome. Imagine if he knew his own father was parading him around online as his "autistic son" not his "son". He may be autistic but he is your son who happens to have autism. It's a struggle, and I empathize, but I can't abide parents opening their child's future with "my autistic child..." I find it somewhat sad. First order of leadership or parenting is ownership. Opening up with "my autistic son..." is heart breaking.
Second: You claim to be former LEO, and I see nothing in your statements that would ever give me faith in you as an officer should I have called and you arrive on scene. You want nothing to do with a system you once were a part of and (presumably) supported. I can't speak to your experience within and what may have been, but you have an air about you that reeks of ill will, and I'd take that into account. It gives reason for pause and fuel for those who challenge police as is.
Third: you open with a crime "I should form 1 my SP5". yeah, I'd get on that and never post such a thing online while griping about the law rolling up on your place. Little sympathy here, my friend, I don't break the law because LEO's like you might show up and I'd be holding the bag. ; ) Don't begin to hold double standards. I'm pretty staunch 2A, but I live in what resembles USA and follow our laws so I don't make a good headline. This lack of thought from someone is former LEO will most certainly be keen for people if for some reason you were busted with it. Edit that post and remind me to edit this too.
Fourth: Chill bro, nothing happened. Something has you wound up and it shows to all of us and raises more eyebrows than mine or who posted, I guarantee it. This of all things was likely more concerning than the fuzz showing up on a bunk call.
Had I a weaker mind, I'd ponder why he called at all.
