Maybe I'll start a trust when I get my second one, but I just let Pat Murphy handle the paperwork for me - all I did was take it to the WashCo Sheriff's Dept. and get it signed. As expected it took four months, but that's life.

IIRC there's one day a week that the CLEO signs them - and there was a line of us waiting!

Bummer. Thanks for the heads up. I really liked the .45 osprey options that you can shoot 9mm -.45.

I'd still recommend the Osprey. Otherwise the AAC Tirant is the only other dry hearing safe can that I can think of.

I just sent off my paperwork today for a .45 Osprey!
Once again, Pat Murphy made it totally turnkey and effortless.
Now the six-month wait begins - for my "Silent Night" Christmas present.

I will be using it with a 9mm pistol. I know it won't be like the movies, but I hope it makes a huge difference.

What 9mm? If for a 92FS, you can do this: SRT ARM's 9mm Suppressors For the 92FS you do not need a can with a recoil booster, just a very light can.

I personally like my SWR Trident 9, but I also plan on getting an Osprey .45 for my FNP at some point.
