ICE & SNOW REVISITED

Wednesday, 22 February, 2017, about 9 am. Heavy Snow in the Illinois Valley, SW Oregon USA.. About 43N, 123W, kinda. One+ inch on ground. Elevation about 1350 feet. That is all. NOT AGAIN! Yikes!

We're getting another snow dump now. There is a winter advisory in effect. It doesn't look like it will stick, but who knows considering this wacky weather.

Got snow this morning and some a couple times this week - but just a little bit.

Comes with living at a higher elevation, especially when that includes more precipitation (I get about double what the valley gets).

Bump 7 days. Saturday through Monday, 4-7 March, 2017. We are supposed to get about 6 more inches of snow this late weekend. We will see. Already the temp has dropped over 5 degrees F in only 6 hours or so. About 1350 feet elevation. The location you already know. Kinda.

Edited by HB ... now they say 5 to 10 inches!! I wish I could do that!

Sounds like us up here yesterday.
Had a trace of snow in the mid morning then lots of rain.
Today ... rain.
Which is okay ... have a shoot today so maybe more folks will show up.
