Considering that Remington settled. Yeah.....remember. The marketing by Remington resulted in......a Remington AR was used by a Murderer to commit Mass Murder. It must be Remington's fault. Rrrrrright......

And......If/When......some criminal uses the rifle (w/that logo) to commit another Mass Murder?

Yeah.....the survivors looking for a pay day will "claim" that this "inherently dangerous instrument of war" was marketed to "immature kids/adults". And because the Federal BGC Laws and Form 4473 wasn't intended to prevent "immature adults" from acquiring firearms. Yeah.....the MANUFACTURERS were supposed to limit their FREE SPEECH (while marketing their products).

I could honestly see somebody using that type of argument if a shooter used the NERF schemed rifle to kill somebody and claimed they thought it was a NERF gun.

Or think about some kid (or person) getting killed because they were "armed" with a brightly colored "toy firearm"? Or say the real deal?

Yeah.....the cops are always to blame. They are supposed to be able to tell the difference in a second, and they are supposed to know the intent of a person (or shooter), and they are supposed to call the appropriate mental health expert, etc..... etc.....

Just a little side note. Pacifiers are used at raves and by people taking rave drugs (MDMA) because of the bruxism (grinding, clinching of the teeth) so they don't grind their teeth down. Not saying every teen or tween with one is getting loaded, as some copy the cool kids who are.

You can shoot up and have tons of drugs coming into the country causing all kinds of overdoses in children but a single shot 22 is a big danger to lives.....of course you have to take into account where this article is from.......
