MRE, water, stove, shovel, caffeine, larger knife, more matches/lighter, steel wool, 2-9v batteries, small amounts of tinder/lint and wax, trauma kit, gloves, socks/undies, shirt, shorts, knees pads, rope, another gallon of water, x2 flares, map of my cache locations (only two now) and a waterproof backpack cover that downplays its tacticoolness.
