With the sunny days here already maybe you could use a better purchase on your rifle while larping and blasting with your favorite bullet hose. Apply a few wraps of tennis racquet grip tape to your plastic grip and to the forend. It's only a few bucks for a roll, comes in colors, goes on fast and gives a tacky, solid, secure feel to a slick, sweaty grip. Available at Amazon and sporting goods stores.

I use cut skateboard tape on my carry both on the grip as well as parts of the slide. It works fantastic and one roll lasts a very long time.
