Just saying.
BUT.....
As easy as it is to pass a law.....it could be un-passed.

That is.....
IF some of you had a mind to vote "correctly".

YEP. This law allowing this is something that has been around for a LONG time. I remember seeing it talked about long before Al invented the net. 60 Minuets or one of those kind of things has done some shows on it and the victims who get caught in it. There is zero doubt that many jurisdictions use the law to make money to help pad their budget. Yet again the voters seem to not care.
