Know a guy who showed up to a basic pistol class with his trusty hi point and the instructor said it was dangerous and unreliable, rather than just ugly, and made him use a loaner.

Well, if it was a basic "Hand Guns 101" like Wifey took a few years ago, meh. How about if you take it to one of the advanced classes? THEN I'd like to see the faces!

I own a Hi-point 9mm rifle ,I have yet to have any problem just make sure it runs well lubed .
