Here in Vancouver we have a family center called the "Jim Parsley Center". It's in a former school building and has The Boys and Girl Club programs going on at various times as well as swimming.
It is posted as a "gun free zone" or "free kill zone", but the law states that to be considered as such it must be "exclusively" used by the schools. Since The Boys and Girls Club uses it also, is it used "exclusively" by the school? If not then the "gun free zone" posting is moot and they need to remove the sign.
