From what I'm reading it is very quick to create a gun trust, and it looks to be like a month for E-file for Form 1 for the trust to make an SBR. Does this sound right? End to end in 45 days to make an SBR or less?

A few years ago I had my Trust written by an Atty who knows firearm law very well. At that time you could register an NFA item on the Trust but Obama changed the rules so now anyone who'll be a Trustee must also complete the entire Class 3 background check. I built a SBR & it's registered to the Trust but the suppressor I bought a couple of years ago is only registered to me. I'm also filing an e-Form 1 for a suppressor but hit a snag - I just saved the draft & will complete it in a coupe of days.

I've heard that e-forms take an average of 35 days but some have reported them approved in under 10 days.
