Yeah... remembering too that as part of Illinois new safe-t law, those with ankle monitors, if they alarm... they are allowed 48hrs before LE is allowed to seek them out and detain them. I don't know if other states have delay provisions similar to that, but it wouldn't suprise me.

Ankle monitors are nothing more than predictors of the next shooting location. Since current measures are not working, maybe gender reassignment is the solution! A nation of raging queens ought to be much more peaceful, don'tcha think? The ensuing slap fights could be on pay-per-view.
